Prior to joining SignalFire, Adele was an investor at Santa Monica-based March Capital where she invested in venture and growth-stage software companies across data and cloud infrastructure, fintech, and enterprise AI. Adele also sourced companies across all stages for the firm's annual Montgomery Summit and spearheaded a number of the firm's philanthropic engagement initiatives. Notably, she instituted the annual Venture Program at the Claremont Colleges to promote access to the innovation economy and expose students to venture capital through a semester-long investment thesis building series and pitch competition.
Adele began her career at Mercer, in consulting, where she helped clients recognize meaningful opportunities by aligning their people strategy to their business strategy. Her consulting experience covered projects across the technology, food and beverage, healthcare, and real estate industries.
Adele earned her B.A. in Philosophy and Public Affairs at Claremont McKenna College (CMC), where she graduated with honors. At CMC, she was a student athlete, an active member of many campus organizations, and president of both the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) and the College Programming Board.
Outside of work, she spends most of her time exploring the outdoors and enjoying the local food scene with friends and family. Adele currently serves as a board member for the CIE, the Claremont McKenna Alumni Association, and the Synergist Network. She is also a Chapter Lead with the Emerging Venture Capitalists Association (EVCA).
